  • Q. How do I access the Breathing Meditation Essentials course?

    A. Select Sign In from the Main Menu and Create a New Account; read and agree to Terms of Use & Privacy Policy and click the Sign Up button. As the BME course is set to Private, the course card/icon next to the Seedpod card may be inactive. So just select any of the pink 'Buy now' buttons on the Home page to purchase your course.

  • Q. I’m not very technology savvy. Can I still do the course?

    A. Yes! If you can navigate a simple webpage you’ll have no problem accessing and navigating your way through the BME online course.

  • Q. If I have any issues with course access etc. what should I do?

    A. If you experience any difficulties, go to the drop-down menu under Sign In & select Support. Here you can email Anne at acewellbeing108@gmail.com. If urgent, you are also welcome to text or phone Anne on 0478 960 488.

  • Q. How long will the Breathing Meditations Essentials course be available for me?

    A. At course completion, you'll have lifetime access to BME coursework. That is, all you have downloaded while actively enrolled, as well as any future updates and improvements.

  • Q. What do I need to participate in the course?

    A. You need an internet connection to access the course, and a firm commitment to daily practice.

  • Q. Is the Breathing Meditations Essentials course mobile-friendly?

    A. Yes, you can view the course on desktop, tablet, or mobile phone.

  • Do I have to complete the course in the 6-month time-frame?

    It's really up to you. You have life-time access to this course. Bearing in mind, consistency and regularity in applied learning will support you in achieving course outcomes. However, if for some reason you miss a day or even a week, just download the content to view later. Also, everyone will progress according to their own needs. It's completely fine to spend several weeks practicing the content of Module I or II only. Being mindful, results are co-dependent on the three Ps: Patience, Perseverance, and Practice; it's not how far we go but how we go - so practice daily!
