It's really up to you. You have life-time access to this course. Bearing in mind, consistency and regularity in applied learning will support you in achieving course outcomes. However, if for some reason you miss a day or even a week, just download the content to view later. Also, everyone will progress according to their own needs. It's completely fine to spend several weeks practicing the content of Module I or II only. Being mindful, results are co-dependent on the three Ps: Patience, Perseverance, and Practice; it's not how far we go but how we go - so practice daily!
